  • The video isn’t loading or keeps buffering — what should I do?

    1. Clear your browser cache and restart your browser.                                                                                                                     2. Try a different browser (Google Chrome and Firefox are recommended) or use an Incognito/Private window to bypass browser extensions.                                                                                                               3.Restart your device or try switching devices.                                                                                                               4.Try a different internet connection, as firewalls or limited bandwidth may cause issues.

  • I forgot my password or can’t log in — how do I reset my account?

    Click "Sign In" and select "Forgot my password." Enter your email to receive a reset link (it may take 5–10 minutes). Only the most recent reset link will work—older links expire.                                                                                                                      If you are still having trouble, contact customer support to reset your password.

  • Do the courses replace seeing a medical provider?

    No. While the information in our courses is evidence-informed and taught by licensed professionals, it's intended for educational purposes only and does not replace personalized medical advice. If you're looking for clinical support, we invite you to become a patient at Case Integrative Health.

  • How do I cancel my subscription or update my payment method?

    Go to your profile dropdown and select "My Account," then choose "Billing" or "Order History" to manage your subscription or update your credit card details.                                                                                                                    You can view receipts and payment history under "Order History." To cancel a subscription, look for the cancellation option under "Billing" or contact customer support if you need assistance.
